About Us

We have been landlords since 1977. When we started our goal was to acquire properties and bring them to a level that we ourselves would want to live in. In 33 years we have not drifted from our goal and have grown because of it.

 

We expanded to Keene in 2002 when our son attended Keene State and we realized that there was a serious lack of quality off-campus housing for students. Since then we have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars acquiring and renovating properties to rent exclusively to Keene State students..

 

In doing our renovations and fix ups we have developed a network of local experienced contractors that care for our properties. We also earned the respect and support of the City’s Code Enforcement Department and Fire Department who have been supportive of our efforts to provide safe quality housing. We work closely with the KPD who keep us apprised of any problems that develop at any of our properties. 

 

Over the years we have developed a reputation for being fair and honest landlords who are quick to respond to problems as they arise. Our tenants are given phone numbers and e-mail addresses where they can reach us 24/7.

 

Our dedication to our properties and our tenants has brought us many accolades. Some tenants have even stated that the properties they had rented from us are a higher quality than those they were able to rent after graduation. Others have learned that there is a difference in overall quality of life depending on the landlord, and have thanked us for the experience and memories of living in a Keene Cribs property.We look forward to renting to tenants that will respect and appreciate living in a Keene Cribs property.
